Chicago’s premier resort and conference center – the Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook Hills Resort and Conference Center – has just added an extraordinary amenity for guest groups.

The resort is currently building Chicago’s only experiential learning adventure campus located on the same property with a luxury conference facility. The new adventure campus will include three challenge areas:

  1. A low teams challenge course where teams can work on skills like communication, problem solving and trust
  2. A high ropes course that will engage individuals in pushing beyond fears in a playful and meaningful way
  3. A high element called the Pamper Pole, where managers and leaders can improve their ability to trust others, and achieve mutual support.

“The unique thing about this adventure campus is that it will include activities never before offered in the Chicago area,” commented adventure campus manager and Corporate Learning Institute Partner Dr. Susan Cain. “We will have first rate adventure facilitators, who have years of experience, and can facilitate groups through learning sequences and assessments from the classroom to the adventure campus,” she concluded.

Tours will be available in August to help familiarize people with the new adventure campus.

The adventure campus will be open starting Sept. 1, 2016, and is currently booking groups for the fall. For more information, contact Dr. Susan Cain at scain@corplearning.com, or at 630.347.6333.
